1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, cables, ear tips, and inserts
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened earbuds/IEMs are not eligible for return, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been used, worn, or altered
- Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
- Returns requested after the 7-day return window
- Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable (if applicable)
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process such requests, we may require:
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
- Order number and purchase details
Once verified, we will offer one of the following:
- Replacement (subject to stock availability)
- Full refund
- Store credit (if mutually agreed)

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as ZenSound is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account

- Minor signs of use
- Damage not caused by manufacturing defects
The final refund amount will be determined after inspection.
8. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting us immediately
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the return policy will apply

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
